     Tuesday, June 19, 2012.

     After putting a restraining order on Paris Hilton, she continues to stalk

     Norman dreamer (Joe Kim) to a point where they hide out at an abandoned warehouse

     near human services where he picks up his meds.

       She is at 2052 Franklin st in racine,wisconsin, where Paris and John kraetsch

        has been stalking NOrman for almost a year, about 30 months total in racine.

          Here are some notes.

            I believe Stalking should be a simple felony and either Paris HIlton

               or JOhn Kraetsch should be put in jail.

                 There has been numerous complaints with the fbi and the veterans

                administrations and racine police departments for their stalking

                 and breaking in behavior, their drug use of cocaine, marijuana,etc.

                  Not to mention their spreading of genital herpes knowingly

                    by doing gang bang war,etc almost every night and trying to

                      break into norman dreamer's house the next day,etc.

                     John Kraetsch's stalking works this way.

    When a vet spots me somewhere in Racine, I start to look like Paris HIlton.

     due to the fact that she broke in the house and slept on my bed countless

       times while i was away.

           the vet then calls Kraetsch.  then with a map, Kraetsch calls vets

        in that area. You can see these guys coming out of their houses half dressed

         talking to a cell phone with a weird look on their face.

           Anyways, It seems like Kraetsch keeps track of all his stalking

            activities on a log book,etc. And he stalks people in Norman's past

              and uses Norman's name to entice them to come to the house,etc.

         I guess Paris is curious about Norman's past.

           Simple reason is that Paris is part of Norman past about five or six

            years ago and Kraetsch has broken into Norman's house and stolen

             the idea of Paris HIlton and Bill gates,etc. when Paris used to

               be number one on my space,etc before her cocaine bust.

            Every time Norman moves to another places, Paris inevitably follows

             him with Kraetsch to carry on their herpes gang bang war.

                  We don't understand this primitive form of stalking, which is

                     criminal behavior.  But after a few restraining orders past

                       few months, we are gaining some insight in to this

                         behavior,etc.Friday, May 18, 2012.

There has been a restraining order against John Kraetsch served few months ago.


It is possible that Heigel,Kroschky, or Kraetsch is engaged in criminal activity.

This includes breaking into my apartment with vets from VFW local 1391, Racine,Wisconsin,etc.

Last week end five people broke into my apartment.

1. Candy Schilzten ( Paris Hilton)

2. Cy Waitss.

3. Krotschky or Heigel, or Kraetsch.

4. Shannon Kraetsch.

5. Holly Branson, daughter of English billionaire Richard Branson.

No charges were filed.

I would like this on file for future reference.

Is "gang banging" by vets illegal?

"gang banging" is not allowed in the military,etc.

It should not be allowed by vets.

Kraut sky and his vets are claiming "legal right to break in."

and they do. every time I go out in the past six months.

They break into my apartment while i was away,etc.

where ever they go.

Krotschky uses the name Norman Dreamer to lure Paris Hilton

to Racine. Krotschky resides at 110 7th st. apt#210.

Paris HIlton resides at 110 7th street apt#205.

Norman Dreamer moves to new address 3019 Durand Avenue Apt#400.

Racine,Wisconsin,53405.

Krotschky and Candy Schilzen (Pariss Hilton) stalks norman dreamer

to his new address.

After many police calls concerning their break ins,etc.

she continues her life style of never going out.

After hours, she continues to stalk the doorway saying

"Norman " to my door.

Krotschk, Shannon, his daughter uses norman's name , which is

not listed on the mail box to make up false reports.

Locks were changed, management obliges to give them free keys.

Krotschky continues to stalk norman dreamer in greater racine

area using net work of vets over a phone line,etc.

Norman decides to move out eventually.

Krotschky decides to stalk him at his new address.

After nine police calls here, no charges were pressed.

I know coke, the real thing, but this is ridiculous.

Paris is off her probation as of october,2011.

I really think that she should go back to the hotel.

Heigel or krotschky or kraetch is sponsoring a gang bang party.

or "gang bang war" and "kudo war." This could a part of their

illegal activity.

He is using my name during the scenario to make up legal lies.

and file false reports.

He has been known to stalk me in the greater Racine area.

Using a net work of vets. Threatening them with

loss of VA.

This began at Mc Mynn Towers years ago.

I have moved out of there because of it.

It is now happening at Durand Avenue Apartments.

They followed me here. They have been there for about

seven months.

Numerous break ins have occurred along with petty theft

of napkins and small amounts of cash. Nine police calls

have resulted, with the police department telling them

not to bother me.

Phones numbers have been stolen, along with my mother's

maiden name at the bank.

I have since gotten an unlisted number but they continue

to interject on out of state calls.

Heigel has been known to call a girl in Canada, which

showed up on my phone bill.

They continue to stalk the doorway at night after hours,etc.

They continue to hold "gang bang parties" with Paris Hilton

or " Candy Schilzen" as she is known.

Every one knows Candy,etc.

Heigel has been staging a bang at my door, queing Paris what

to say, etc.

He has also been known to stage a bang party in my apartment

including deviant behavior,etc.

His daughter Shannon has been known to stalk the doorway

at night using scam or stalking tapes while I was sleeping.

She has been known to break in and steal napkins and small

amounts of cash.

she has been known to use my name to make up stories,etc.

Heigel, Krotschky, or Kraetsch is a married man.

Then they break into my apartment while i was away, using

scam tapes provided by the VFW club 1391.

This has been going on for about seven months now.

Almost three years at the other place.

Over thirty police calls and complaints at the

Towers as a result of these events.

This is interesting, how Paris uses the name "Norman"

during the gang bang scenario.

Then Heigel or Kraetsch makes up pseudo false reports

claiming that it happened a certain way to cover up

what they actually did. Writer suspects "payola" happens

to cover up the actual incidents.

Several "gang bang" scenarios a day, well into the

closing hours,etc.

Heigel claims she can't go out till she is to a point

where she doesn't know what she's doing any more.

Interesting.

This usually ends at five oclock in the morning,

when people start to wake up.

VFW has been notified on numerous occasions.

Kraetsch is using Paris Hilton as bait for a "bang"

scenario, using it has a leverage to sue them for

money, a technique known as "black mail"

    I suspect that a number of people broke into my
    apartment and made this call.

    Here is a story.

    At 2052 Franklin st. 21st street,south side of Racine.

    1. John Kraetsch. who may be armed and dangerous.

    2. Shannon Kraetsch.

    3. “Mabel” Kraetsch.

    4. Paris Whitney Hilton.

    5. Holly Branson, daughter of english billionaire Richard Branson.

    these six people could possibly be dangerous eventually.

    breaking into the house,etc.

    There must be a way to stop these vets from doing these things.
